Colin began life in Christchurch New Zealand in 1931. The family moved to Wellington where boyhood
years were spent then on to Auckland in 1945. Colin left New Zealand in 1953 to begin a career in ministry which formally
ended in 1995 but effectively continues to the present.
In 1956 Colin married Gladys Fehr of Saskatchewan Canada in Landour, India. Gladys had a Mennonite
upbringing but later joined the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada where she served as a Deaconess until coming to India
in 1947.
There are three children Alister (1958), Verona his twin (1958) and Yvonne (1963). All are now married
with families of their own, and live in Canada. There are eight grandchildren, Gladys passed away in Hong Kong in
1986.
Colin married Janette Cowan in 1990.
Janette hails from Glasgow, Scotland being born in 1933. Her early training was in Mathematics becoming
a High School teacher then moving on to India where she served in similar capacities until asked to become Personnel Director
for Interserve at their International Headquarters in Delhi and then in Cyprus until she joined Colin in Hong Kong.
Since 1995 we have been based in Canada.
