It was good to hear from you and know that you and Janette are still making a difference in the
kingdom. Yes, I remember your teaching at Kenmuir. Even though that was several decades ago, I still remember your
views on economic support for missions and the role played, or, at least possible, for countries like Canada. I¡¦ve been
using your comments ever since. By the way, I started reading your notes from your doctoral defence when you sent them,
set them aside to finish later and they got buried under more reading material. The notes resurfaced recently, and I took
them up, again. The thinking in your notes displayed the same care and insight that I remembered from the earlier days. I
think your experiences over the years have given you a very useful window on Christian living - particularly on topics that
take us across cultures and beliefs.

Colin, I am glad to see that you are establishing a website to make more widely known the ministry
services you have to offer. I believe God has given you a prophetic gift both to the churches and missions to which you
have ministered over the years. I remember one particularly interesting day when I heard you preach the same Biblical
content to three disparate groups and very appropriately adjusted the presentation of the material to suit each audience
admirably. But beyond your preaching/teaching skills, I believe your wide experience of cultures and ministries around the
world have equipped you with knowledge and practical wisdom which are unique. I believe God will bless your and Janette's
ministry wherever it takes you, and I for one will happily vouch for your spritual integrity and servant heart.
